Almond and vanilla granola

Ingredients : 60g almonds, 60g dried coconut strips, 60g pumpkin seeds, 60g sunflower seeds, 30g hazelnuts, 10g erythtritol, 12g coconut fat, 2 tsp liquid vanilla, a pinch of himalayan salt. For a non-ketogenic version, 1 tbsp maple syrup or haoney. Cut the almonds in half. Mix all the ingredients and spread them out on a baking sheet. Cook for 10 minutes at 160°C, stir after 5 minutes. This granola is by far the best I have ever eaten. The sweet/salty mixture, the vanilla, … it’s delicious and low in carbohydrates since there are no cereals. Store in a glass jar.
