Crunchy chocolate keto clusters

Ingredients for 8-10 chocolate clusters :

100g of 85-100% chocolate -35g of pumpkin seeds - 30g of hemp seeds -75g of almonds - ½ tsp of liquid vanilla - a dash of salt -1/3 tsp of cinnamon. I used 86% côte d'or chocolate.


Melt the chocolate over very low heat. Add the chopped almonds, seeds and spices. Mix well. With a tablespoon, prepare small clusters on a plate covered with parchment paper. Place in the refrigerator. You can add 2 tsp of erythtritol or other sweetener if you want to increase the sweetness.
