Keto porridge


Ingredients for two people:

230 ml of vegetable milk (soy or almond), 3 tbs of almond butter, 1 tsp of liquid vanilla, 1 tsp of cinnamon, 2 tbs of black chia or 2 tbs of freshly ground flax, 2 tbs of hemp seeds, 3 tbs of shredded coconut, 15 pecan nuts, a pinch of salt. Option: 1 tbs of normal or gold erythtritol.


Boil the milk with the almond puree, coconut and vanilla. Put the pecan nuts in the oven at 180 degrees for 5 minutes and chop them coarsely. Remove the milk from the hot plate and add the other ingredients. Mix regularly and let the mixture thicken. Finally add the pecan nuts. Eat warm.

Very rich in omega 3 (hemp, flax, chia), minerals and healthy fat! A real treat and very healthy. Be careful not to boil the seeds which contain fragile omega 3.
