3 limes - 3 lemons - 20g fresh mint -40g grated ginger - 1l fizzy water - ice cubes - a few drops of stevia. Pour 200ml of boiling water on the mint and let it infuse for 15-20 min with the grated ginger. Place in the freezer. When the mixture is chilled, squeeze the juice from the lemons and pour it into a jug, add the sparkling water, ice cubes and, if needed, a few drops of liquid stevia or a little honey (very occasional).
