Red berry crumble


Ingredients for 6 persons: 340g red fruits (frozen raspberries - frozen blueberries - frozen strawberries) - 60g butter - 340g almond flour - 1 egg - 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla - 2 teaspoons cinnamon - 80g erythtritiol - whipped cream


Mix the red fruits with the cinnamon and 30g of erythtritol. Melt the butter, add to the almond flour, mix with a fork. Add the beaten egg. Mix again to have small crumbles. Finish with erythtritol. Spread the red fruits in a dish. Tip, if you put a thin layer of red fruits, your crumble will be crispier. Cook for 20 minutes at 180°C. If necessary, grill carefully. Serve warm with whipped cream.
