Ingredients for 4 people:
200ml sour cream-2 spring onions- chives - 1 tsp garlic powder - salt and pepper.
Chop the white and green of the spring onions mix with the cream, chopped chives, salt, pepper and garlic. This sauce is perfect to accompany a pita, grilled meat or simply on a baked potato (not ketogenic). You can add fresh garlic instead of garlic powder. Feel free to adapt the ingredients to your taste.
