Ingredients for 2 people:
1 spaghetti squash-8 slices of bacon-200g parmesan-250ml fresh cream - salt-pepper-olive oil-salad.
Cut the spaghetti squash lengthwise and remove the seeds. Salt and pepper and sprinkle with olive oil. Place on a baking tray in the oven and bake for 1 hour at 160 degrees. With a fork, scrape the spaghetti. Fry the bacon and cut into small pieces. In a frying pan, boil the cream and parmesan to thicken the sauce. When the desired consistency is obtained, coat the spaghetti with the cream and add the bacon. If necessary, add grated parmesan cheese. Don't forget a nice green salad as an accompaniment. You will have a leftover of spaghetti squash to accompany another dish the next day. You can add garlic, onion to the sauce according to your taste. You can omit bacon for vegetarians. Keep in mind that spaghetti squash is a little higher in carbohydrates (low carb).
