Ingredients for two people:
30 gr almond flour, 10 gr melted butter, 6 gr baking powder, 1tsp liquid vanilla, 1 omega 3 egg, 10 gr erythritol, 9 g unsweetened cocoa, 6 strawberries, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 tbs grated coconut and butter.
Beat all ingredients together. Butter two ramekins and pour in the batter. Bake for 10-12 minutes at 180°C. The center of the muffin should be cooked through. Cut in half, let cool and then butter and place the sliced strawberries on top. Very quick recipe. The chocolate-strawberry mixture on a soft muffin is delicious.
