Ingredients for 2 people: 10 cherry tomatoes, a small oak leaf salad, 1 avocado, pine nuts, pumpkin seeds, homemade mayonnaise, two small diced chicken filets, a spring onion, a small slice of roquefort cheese, wasabi paste, olive oil, salt and pepper.
Fry the chicken in a drizzle of olive oil. Set aside. Prepare a homemade mayonnaise, take 2-3 tablespoons and add a little water to liquefy it. Add a little wasabi paste. The quantity depends on you. Garnish two plates with the salad, add the diced chicken, pine nuts, pumpkin seeds, tomatoes, cubes of Roquefort cheese, spring onion and avocado slices. You can also fry the pine nuts in a little oil. A very different but delicious salad.
