Ingredients for two people:
100g smoked salmon, 200g fresh salmon, 10 cherry tomatoes, 150 ml fresh cream, olive oil, 100g edamame pasta (Slendier), 2 tbsp chives, pepper, salt, 2 tbsp chavroux or fresh goat cheese.
Cut the smoked salmon into strips. Cook the fresh salmon for a few minutes in a little olive oil. Cut into squares and set aside. The centre can be half cooked. Let the cream thicken by boiling it in a pan with the goat cheese. Cook the edamame pasta for 4 minutes in boiling water. Drain the pasta and mix with the cream. Add the diced tomatoes, fresh salmon, pepper, a little salt and chopped chives. Mix well. Garnish the plates and place the smoked salmon in strips on top of the pasta.
