Feta and grilled vegetables

For two people:

Two blocks of feta, one yellow zucchini, one green zucchini, 10 cherry tomatoes, thyme, rosemary, fresh oregano, olive oil, salt and pepper.

Arrange the feta in a baking dish, add the zucchini slices and the tomatoes. Sprinkle with herbs, olive oil generously and salt and pepper. Bake for 30 minutes in the oven at 150°C. Grill a few seconds before serving. You can also add eggplant, garlic, onions if you wish.
