Freshly layed scrambled eggs, spinach and bacon



Breakfast for two, rich in protein. Fry two slices of quality organicl bacon in a pan. Remove the bacon and sear two handfuls of fresh spinach for a few seconds. Set aside. Beat 4 eggs and fry them for a few moments in the pan. Be careful to respect low cooking temperatures. Season with pepper and serve.
