Grilled eggs, avocado and gruyère

Ingredients for one person: a knob of butter, two omega 3 eggs, half an avocado, a few cherry tomatoes, grated gruyere cheese, salt, pepper.


I was inspired by one of Jamie Oliver's videos for this recipe, with an extra tip! Butter an ovenproof dish and place the egg whites in it. Keep the yolks in their shells. Scatter some cherry tomatoes cut in 4, slices of avocado and a little grated gruyere cheese. Put in the oven and cook for a few minutes at 180°C. Then put under the grill to lightly grill the cheese. Remove from the oven and carefully place the yolks on top. Add salt and pepper. Put back in the oven for a few moments, keeping an eye on it. Serve of course with a nice green salad. You can choose the cheese you want and you can put any ingredient that cooks quickly.
