Goat cheese and nut salad

Ingredients for two people

6 slices of goat cheese - a mix of different salads - young spinach leaves - edible flowers - various sprouted seeds - a few slices of cucumber - 1/2 avocado - walnuts - raspberry vinegar - mustard - canola and olive oil and a dash of honey for those who are not on a diet. Salt and pepper.

Bake the cheese for 10 minutes at 180°C. Place under the grill for a few minutes. Garnish the plates.

Tip: always prepare a pretty meal!
