Ingredients for two people

1/2 mango, 1 avocado, 4 tbsp fresh coriander, one spring onion, 200g raw salmon, 8 radishes, brown rice, two small andfuls of red cabbage, 2 tbsp heavy cream, salt and pepper.


Cook the rice or use a ready-to-use mix of brown and wild rice from "Clear Springs". Cut the ingredients and arrange them in a large bowl. Use half of the coriander and spring onion. Mix the heavy cream with half the spring onion and the coriander, add with salt and pepper. Add a little water to liquefy. You can replace the salmon with scampis or chicken. This recipe is ideal outside of your ketosis period. Mango and rice are not ketogenic.
