Salmon and goat cheese quiche

Ingredients for 4 people:

120ml fresh cream, 120ml water, 6 omega 3 eggs, 1 onion, 10 cherry tomatoes, chopped chives, cubes of fresh goat cheese, 200g of salmon, olive oil, salt and pepper.

Fry the salmon in a little olive oil. Crumble and set aside. Fry the onion and set aside. Mix the eggs, cream and water, add salt and pepper. Garnish a quiche dish with the halved tomatoes, salmon, onion, and cover with the egg mixture. Add diced cheese and chopped chives. Bake for 25 minutes at 160 degrees. Serve with a green salad.

You can replace the salmon with strips of smoked salmon. But do not add salt to the eggs.
