Ingredients for 4 people:
1/4 of a small red cabbage, a mango, 12 sheets of rice paper, 40 scampis, 2 avocados, fresh coriander.
Soak a sheet of rice paper for a few minutes in water. Drain and place on a large board. Place about 5cm from the edge, 3-4 thin slices of avocado ina line. Add a few thin slices of cabbage on the side. Place on the mango avocado and then 3-4 scampis. Finish with coriander. Fold the side edges. Roll the pancake tightly. Place it on a plate and continue with the others. You can replace the scampis with chicken. This recipe is delicious without sauce. It is perfect for a period out of ketosis. Mango and rice paper are not ketogenic.
